Tracy Crawford is a disciple of customer value, and a student of LEAN techniques - especially the emerging ideas to apply LEAN techniques to create better connection to customers’ real needs and to thereby develop superior differentiation. These approaches are applied at Rain8 to maximize ROI and create rapid results.


One of the most LEAN techniques to hit marketing is the trend toward B2B Social Currency plan and B2B Social Media Policy development.

 

Tracy brings expertise in MarCom and marketing strategy that he developed through years of professional work with University of Washington professor Rob Palmatier and also through his studies of the works of Philip Kotler of Northwestern University.

 

He studied Product Design and Mechanical Engineering and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta Georgia, USA and also studied Marketing at UC Berkeley in California, USA.

 

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in MarCom and marketing to the Consumer, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automotive, and Automotive Electronics industries. He has served customers since 1984 including such names as AT&T, Toyota, Apple Computer, Honda, Toshiba, Sharp, BMW, Panasonic, Nissan, Sun MicroSystems, Delphi, Lear, Infineon, Hyundai, Bosch, Daimler, Texas Instruments, Renault Samsung, Kia, Tyco, Daewoo and Siemens.

 

His focus in the last several years on maximizing customer value have lead him to develop systems for integrating solid MarCom strategy with online MarCom techniques to maximize returns for your B2B Social Currency plan and B2B Social Media Policy implementations.
